A Complex Project in a High-End Setting 

The restaurant is located in a high-traffic, luxury mixed-use development — a bustling area filled with popular shops, upscale dining, and residential condos. This meant the job required more than just skill and speed; it demanded coordination, discretion, and zero disruption to the surrounding environment. 

We worked closely with property managers and restaurant management to ensure all logistics were tightly aligned. Everything from timing to noise control and access routes was carefully planned to respect both the tenants and the neighboring businesses. 

The Heavy-Lifting Challenge 

The centerpiece of this renovation was new flooring provided by 4D Coatings. Before any flooring could be laid, we had to temporarily remove a significant amount of industrial-grade kitchen equipment — think large stainless-steel ovens, prep stations, refrigeration units, and more. 

Our experienced team safely and efficiently moved each piece of equipment without a single scratch or dent. We labeled and documented every connection, every fitting, and every location to ensure everything could be returned to its exact position to allow for easy return-to-service.  

Flooring and Finish — All in 3 Days 

Once the kitchen was cleared, our sister company flooring specialists – 4D Coatings - immediately got to work. The new flooring was installed to exact specifications, meeting both aesthetic and sanitary standards required for a food-service environment. 

With the floors complete, we meticulously returned every piece of equipment to its original place — reconnecting power, gas, and plumbing lines. By day three, the restaurant was ready to open its doors again, fully refreshed and fully operational.
